Hi, I’m Heather, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a professional figure bodybuilding athlete. My fitness journey began with many years of running, HIIT and bootcamp classes and then changed gears to strength training along with nutritional guidance. I was amazed by how fitness changed me and the confidence I gained and knew this is something I wanted to help others achieve.
My approach provides personalized training plans and sustainable nutrition guidance to help you achieve your goals. My passion is to help you become a stronger and healthier version of yourself!

My passion has always been fitness. With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have dedicated myself to empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Throughout my career I have worked in various settings from fitness clubs to small studios to outdoor parks and during covid started my own online business creating a website with weekly live workouts. A certified personal trainer and group certified trainer I hold certificates in TRX, Cycling, Bootcamp, Strength and several others group classes. I am committed to continued education and staying up to date on the latest fitness trends and research, so that I can bring them to my clients and members at New Found Power.
In addition to one-on-one training my love is leading group fitness classes. My goal is to create a sense of community and camaraderie among participants with an engaging teaching style and positive energy to inspire others to push their limits and enjoy the journey of fitness. I have worked with a diverse clientele, from beginners, to those recovering from injuries and high school and college athletes tailoring programs to meet individual needs and abilities. In my spare time I am an outdoor enthusiast, I love running, biking and hiking and participating in fitness events to continually push my own limits. I believe strongly in leading by example and living a balanced lifestyle. I believe fitness is a lifelong journey and I am dedicated to helping others find joy in movement and the confidence that comes with a healthy lifestyle. Brett Rice is an Athletic development and high performance trainer. With over 15 years his innovative methods have produced amazing results. He has coached all levels of clients . Ranging from general fitness to professional athletes. All Programs are individualized for each person.

My passion for all things fitness runs deep – over 2 decades deep! It’s been an ever-evolving journey that started with certifications in cardio dance fitness and boot camp instruction at Wausau Health & Fitness. In 2007, I added my NASM personal training certification and kept expanding from there, exploring every corner of the fitness world. Over the years I’ve become certified in pre and postnatal fitness, strength and conditioning, boxing, Insanity, PIYO, and Hot Pilates.
For the past 8 years, I’ve been a personal trainer at NFP Gym, continuing to grow, evolve, and connect with an incredible community of movers.
Through all of that experience, I’ve learned how to teach everyBODY to move, lift, balance, and thrive in ways that protect their joints, build strength, and enhance ANY type of fitness lifestyle. I truly believe movement, coupled with the ability to let go physically and mentally, can change a person’s entire life! Hi, I’m Chris.
I’ve been personal training since 2012 and have been actively training myself since I was a freshman in high school back in 2000. Fitness has been a consistent part of my life for over two decades, not just as a profession, but as a personal commitment.
My training philosophy pulls from a wide range of disciplines. I believe the best results come from combining the most effective elements of bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, powerlifting, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, and flexibility work. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Every client is different, and training should be tailored to each individual’s abilities, goals, and lifestyle.
Through my own experience competing in multiple 5Ks, weightlifting, and other fitness events, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative consistent training can be. I strongly believe in the balance between intelligent weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, and a supportive, nourishing diet as the foundation for long-term success.
I don’t view exercise as something I have to do, I see it as something I get to do. If you’re able to walk into a gym and move your body, that’s a gift. Taking care of your body is a responsibility, and striving to become the best version of yourself is part of honoring that gift.
Results come from commitment, proper nutrition, and hard work, there are no shortcuts. That’s the mindset I bring to my clients, my classes, and my own training. My approach is honest, disciplined, and no-nonsense, but it works.

I’m Makenzie Stroik – a transformation specialist at New Found Power, and I help women lose weight, build lean, athletic muscle, and break free from the cycles that keep them stuck.
I started my journey as an NPC figure competitor, but after hitting the wall with extreme dieting and burnout, I dove deep into holistic nutrition, detoxification, feminine embodiment, and nervous system regulation. What I learned transformed my life, and it’s now the foundation of how I coach.
Women come to me when they’re DONE feeling tired, puffy, inflamed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies… and they’re ready for a full reset.
My approach blends strength training, mobility, metabolic conditioning, fasting protocols, gut-healing nutrition, and emotional grounding work to help women reclaim their confidence, energy, and power from the inside out.
