Wednesday

  • 9:00- Power Sculpt- Sarah

Thursday

  • 5:15- TRX- Sarah
  • 9:00- Pilates – Faith

Friday

  • 6:00- Body Blast- Sarah
  • 9:00 – Body Blast- Sarah

Saturday

  • 9:00 – Rotation of class
