Hi, I’m Tara — a New Found Power Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Mindset Specialist, and Professional Figure Athlete.
With years of experience in weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, bodybuilding, nutrition, mindset, and wellness coaching, I help clients of all ages and fitness levels move better, feel stronger, and confidently reach their goals. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or pushing toward a personal best, my mission is to guide you with smart strategy, compassionate support, and tools that lead to lasting change.
My coaching style is built on connection, education, and progress. I want to help you persevere, believe in yourself, and create a healthier, happier lifestyle — inside and outside the gym.
My own journey began right within these very walls — in 2017. I know what it’s like to feel unsure, to start over, and to wonder if lasting change is possible. I’ve lived that transformation, and because of it, I coach from both knowledge and experience. If I can do it, you can too.

My passion has always been fitness. With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have dedicated myself to empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Throughout my career I have worked in various settings from fitness clubs to small studios to outdoor parks and during covid started my own online business creating a website with weekly live workouts. A certified personal trainer and group certified trainer I hold certificates in TRX, Cycling, Bootcamp, Strength and several others group classes. I am committed to continued education and staying up to date on the latest fitness trends and research, so that I can bring them to my clients and members at New Found Power.
In addition to one-on-one training my love is leading group fitness classes. My goal is to create a sense of community and camaraderie among participants with an engaging teaching style and positive energy to inspire others to push their limits and enjoy the journey of fitness. I have worked with a diverse clientele, from beginners, to those recovering from injuries and high school and college athletes tailoring programs to meet individual needs and abilities. In my spare time I am an outdoor enthusiast, I love running, biking and hiking and participating in fitness events to continually push my own limits. I believe strongly in leading by example and living a balanced lifestyle. I believe fitness is a lifelong journey and I am dedicated to helping others find joy in movement and the confidence that comes with a healthy lifestyle. I believe with dedication and the right guidance anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Hi, I’m Heather, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a professional figure bodybuilding athlete. My fitness journey began with many years of running, HIIT and bootcamp classes and then changed gears to strength training along with nutritional guidance. I was amazed by how fitness changed me and the confidence I gained and knew this is something I wanted to help others achieve.
